i found the location quite convenient, near the train station and bus stop. it made getting to lucerne center easy, with just a short train ride. the breakfast offered a decent variety, enough to start the day well. staff members were helpful, which i appreciated.
i thought the parking fee was a bit high considering the hotel category.

A Functional Stay with Issues
missing shower doorimpersonal breakfast
The shower lacked a proper door. This caused the entire bathroom to flood after each shower because the glass screen was too short. Breakfast was crowded and impersonal. I also noted the absence of a mini-fridge in the room, which I expected for the price.

The hotel location benefited me greatly. It's proximity to the train station made travel simple. The room was clean and nice, that met my expectations.
The bar service needed improvements. The staff member didn't prepared the drink correctly, this. The breakfast options was limited. It lacked variety.

The hotel is near a train station. Travel to the city center only takes minutes. A supermarket is located close to the hotel. The staff provided a free transport pass. Breakfast offered a solid selection of food.
The air conditioning made some noise. I found it slightly disruptive during the night.
